John Deere 110 TLB - Rockshaft will not raise after a rear split was done.

I did a rear split on my John Deere 110 to replace a broken shaft that takes the tractor in and out of four wheel drive. I got everything back together and the rockshaft will not raise, I can easily move it up and down by hand. I followed the bleed procedure in the shop manual for the hydraulic system. Everything else is working - the loader, power steering, PTO and hydraulic top link. The hydraulic pump sounds normal and is not making an unusual noises. I double checked the return line to make sure the clamps are tight and secure. The hydraulic fluid is new and the correct level. The hydraulic filters are new and the screen for the return line is clean. The rockshaft linkage is intact and I checked the "backhoe presence" switch. The switch has 12 volts to it and when the switch is depressed it has 12 volts going out. I have double and triple checked to make sure I did not miss an electrical connection and that they are all tight and secure. I have the adjuster that controls the rate of drop for the rockshaft open and in the middle of the operating range. The rockshaft worked before I did the rear split so I know its something I did or didn't do when I split the tractor.

I have spent time using Google to find an answer with no success. I'm thinking and hoping that I am over looking something really simple but I think my next step is to pull out the rockshaft control valve to see if maybe some debris got in there while I had the tractor in pieces.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Figured out the problem. The connector for the back up alarm was connected to the connector that should have been connected to the backhoe diverter solenoid.
