I had freshly rebuild my jinma farm pro 2420 last summer. Had very little hours on it. Checked the oil this spring and it was full of antifreeze.

I tore this thing Down and inspected it with a fine tooth comb. No cracks nada. I added pressure to the coolant side and it seemed to be leaking from around the sleeves.

I got new sleeve orings and they look smallish for a good seal. They are in fact new and correct. I polished up the bore area for sure with steel wool and skotch brite. I put the rings on and added soap. I can seat the sleeves by hand.

This worries me because I had leaking antifreeze from the seals before.

The old orings were not rolled or cut. Just swollen and mushed flat. No sign of why they would leak.

Should I attempt to source fatter or thicker orings for a more press fit??

Opinions and suggestions??

I'd check the concentricity and perpendicular alignment of the block bore against the block deck. Could be that the bore is slightly ovaled.

Also, the liner should not be able to be pressed in just by hand. You probably need slightly larger silicone O-rings and press the liner in with a slotted bar against a headbolt/stud, pressing on a block of wood against the liner. Here is a suggestion for the tool.
