That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. If you said it makes the manufacturer the problem, I might agree. Plus - in the circumstances I described - the tape WAS the problem. Had compound been used, dozens if not hundreds of otherwise innocent Jinma users would not have experienced teflon tape-clogged fuel and hydraulic lines.Okay, so there were problems with poor assembly technique as regards Teflon tape - that doesn't make the tape the problem it makes the USER the problem.
