Recently it has become very hard to make right turns. If I forced the wheel it would eventually make the turn but now there is almost no right turn action.

Left works fine, all the other hydraulics work fine.

I jacked the front up and checked everything over, nothing bent or visibly broke. Steering works properly in the air, although it doesn't make as far a turn to the right as to the left but I can see the steering rack is fully retracted so I guess that's understandable.

Any thoughts?

The steering on these tractors is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder that runs along the front axle. The piston is threaded and bolts onto the left steering knuckle, under the rubber boot. It is very common for that nut to rattle loose and eventually come off. The cylinder pushes to turn left and pulls to turn right. When the bolt is loose it can only push, not pull.

Take the boot off, put some locktite on the threads and tighten the bolt.
