While you have the cover off the fuel cavity, inspect for corrosion, a white crusty substance.
IF you have fuel UP TO the inj. pump inlet & nothing coming out, the control rack is stuck.
You'll have to dig deeper..
Remove the inspection plate on the side of the pump & unstick the rack.. its supposed to move right & left.. its stuck.
Just noticed your post, in this refreshed thread. What the heck do you do with 80 k gallons each week? Locomotives? Power generating? ???Even though we go through 80,000 gallons of fuel per week
