JINMA 254 spiting oil ?????

My tractor start to spit oil by the breather that it's attach to the right side of the engine, the tractor have 120 hours. For what I now this mean that pressure is building up in the crankcase... maybe a blowed head casket. Is anybody having a issues with that on a Jinma before.

Check your oil level, if its overfull you blew the oil seal in the hydraulic pump and your crankcase is full of hydraulic oil

The oil level is going low, I was thinking that was the problem, hydraulic pump seal, but it's not. I am going to removed the breather this afternoon and check if something is wrong with it.I dont know what else can be wrong with the tractor...it just have 120 hours. Thanks!
