I have a strange "jingle jangle" sound emanating from the two plated hydraulic lines near the brake pedal that go to the hydrostatic filter. It is louder when the tractor is cold but never goes away. Anyone else have this sound? Tractor operation is not affected, it is just an annoying noise.

That would be the infamous HST bypass valve rattle. I can assure you that it will bother you a lot less when you get as old as me and your hearing starts to go.
You described the sound perfectly. It has been the concern of many people, but is normal "bypass" operation to keep excessive pressure off the HST cooler. It's one of those noises you just have to teach yourself to ignore. It's normal.
