Jin Ma-180 TY290

ok... I'm new to diesel engines. Have an old Jin Ma-180 TY290 tractor. I'm not getting any fuel through the fuel pump. I have all the operations manuals for the engine and the parts books, but can't read chinese. Anybody have any suggestions how to and where to start trouble shooting? Any help would be appreciated.

First you need to make sure you are getting fuel to the pump,there is a screen in the sediment bowl, the fuel line bolt that holds the fuel line from the tank, and the fuel filter itself. Did you run out of fuel then trying to re-prime ? What started this problem,

I get filter to the pump when I prime it (it leaks out of the bleed valve when loosened and the fuel filter when hose is loosened as well). I haven't figured out how to check the IP oil level. Ever seen an exploded view of a pump or any ideas on the part number?
