Very cool. Back in 1972 when I came home from the Army and went back to work for the excavator I had worked for previous to Uncle Sam, a co-worker picked up an FC from an estate sale for cheap. I want to say that the chassis was a single rear wheel rated at one ton with a nine foot bed.

All we did was service everything and paint the entire truck white (his favorite truck color) and it was good to go. That was my first experiance with the FC model and I have been a fan ever since. Love to see Jeep build a modern version.

Yep, the FC170 had a long bed.

FC is for Forward Control. This is the FC150 as in the First Post.

I bought an MJ 6 years ago running for $400.

The longer it sat in my shop the more it went thru metamorphosis....... It eventually turned into this???

I sold this Jeep a few years ago. Wish I hadn't. Used it for a tow vehicle to haul ATVs and/or single Jeep Buggy. Made several trips to Colorado and Indiana to wheeling events.
