My previously reliable 855 tractor has developed a problem after having been laid up for a year or so.
In forward, the left rear wheel locks and only releases if I reverse for a second. It travelled about 100 yards or so before this started and it got worse immediately within another 20-30 feet or so. I could only get back to my starting point by travelling in reverse.
I'm suspecting that oil has drained and an airlock has developed. Does that sound about right, given those symptoms?I
If so, can anyone point me to a guide to bleed the system?
