Price Check JD5105 or 5205 pricing

My neighbor is in the market for a new MFWD 5105 or 5205. They are currently relying on a late 70's or early 80's IH 826 to mow and bale about 100 acres of timothy hay. I've noticed that most folk's have been able to negotiate anywhere from 10% to 20%+ off of the configurator estimated cost on the smaller frame CUT's. What is a reasonable deal on the larger frame tractors? Would or could you expect to save as much on the FEL or other attachments? Thanks for any and all feedback.

It seems that some other Alaskan's have had trouble getting the price knocked down due to your location. I remember one such fellow who saved enough money to pay for his drive to Missouri or somewhere to get their new deere. I think the dealers around you are wanting close to full price.
