Question - I saw on here were someone was having issues with their 3-pt arms not raising (or raising too slowly). Mine seems to raise fine, but is slow lowering (even with weight on it). Is this normal?

Lowering is by gravity not pressure. Most tractors have a valve to control lowering speed. Generally the control is between the operator's feet. It is commonly a knob but may be a lever. The adjustment range can vary from no drop at all to a very rapid drop.

Ah crap. I forgot that valve. Looks like someone decided to play a game with me on it. :unsure:;)
