Hi everybody,
I bought a 1970 John Deere 400 loader backhoe back in Oct/2010. I've got around 2 3/4 acres I'm clearing, filling and digging.
I'm looking forward to learning everything I can from all of you.

We picked up a 1983 JD 310B one year ago this month. We have dug a triange around some large trees and pushe them over with the FEL and done a footer project for an two story 18'x28' building and lots of little projects so far.

Getting the BH was kind of an accident. We got the FIL 1976 265 MF and my BIL talked me into getting a FEL for it. Well that was going to run up around $5-6K new so for $7200 we bought a used one with a 60 HP tractor and BH attached to the FEL.
