Maintaing my 5 acres, does a good job.
Moving topsoil & gravel from various sites on our lot. Light brush mowing w/ a 4' king cutter. Plowing snow w/ the loader & rear blade, maintaining 200' of crusher run gravel driveway. Used it to landscape about 3 acres of our lawn w/ a 5' woods rake. Planning to add a 62" mmm, now that our lawn is established (been using brush mower and push mower). Hauling firewood, dragging large branches following a storms. Widening the creekbead that flows near our home. The compact size does a nice job of fitting into creek bed to retrieve gravel.
Do not reccommend this machine for heavy brush cutting & heavy field type work (plowing, disking etc.). A rear ballast is a must when doing any type of loader work.
Like most people that own a 2305, if they could have purchased a larger machine, they probably would have.
