Loader JD210LE - PTO addition?

Is there a PTO kit for my JD210LE?

If I remember correctly, it was an option? So I'd think I could add it to mine.

Any help or direction?

I would write down the full model and serial number and stop by the industrial JD dealer. Ask if there is a "whole goods" pto kit option. Also ask the parts department about this. I would not expect to see a generic offering anywhere else. There are a few serial number breaks in the 210LE and different options that might make a difference whether you can do this. Just have to ask the dealer to get a handle on it, may find it is reasonable or prohibitive.

That is why I suggested the hydraulic auger set up. Better than a pto type without reverse that can get the bit stuck. This would work on future large tractors as well as the 210. I have the PA30 on my 110 backhoe and it will make quick work of post holes.

I also mentioned taking the add on money and trading up for a 210 with the pto option if you can find one in your budget.

I would explore all of these options before putting any money down.

Is cost prohibitive, there is just too many items involved. You are better off living w/out a pto or finding a machine that already has. Good luck

Just got a call back from the dealer. He said he was already up to about 10K and wanted to check and see if I wanted hm to continue. We agreed that another PTO tractor was a better choice.
