Hi,

We have a JD Z950 mower. The left motion control lever is difficult to move to the neutral position when compared to the right lever. No issues going front to back. I sprayed some lubricant on the joint thinking that might help but that didn't help. It drives just fine, turns normally. It just when you pull them in to start moving. Any recommendations before taking it in the JD?

:welcome: to TBN

Look for an adjustment at the pivot point (joint) that maybe can be loosened a bit for less friction.

Item #15 is a friction washer that will lend the friction needed..

Thanks for the info. I figured it would be something that simple, just odd that it happened on it's own without any previous tinkering.
