Has anyone watched the auctions on eBay for JD tractors?? I have been watching for about 3-4 months now and every now and then i see a Dream of a Deal. May it be a 790, 4115, 4010, etc they all have low hours (33.9 - 70+) and selling for only $4-5G's......
I have contact many of the sellers - all by the way have free email accounts (yahoo - gmail - hotmail) to be submitted to their pre-approved bidder list, and by the time the seller gets back to me eBay has pulled the auction.
One auction was only an 8 hour drive from my house - I was ready to jump in the truck.... get home from work - checked the email, and as usual - got the finger if you know what i mean.
Don't get me wrong - I have come across some great deals on tractors and items that have sold for big discounts Like this one and these have been ligit auctions. Buyer beware i guess
