JD Starter Removal Wrench - KJD10213

I'm being advised the (only) way to get the two attaching nuts removed - to remove the starter on my 6200 is to utilize a 'special tool'

The tool is a KJD10213

Is this true - and/or what's this thing look like?

If so, where can it be obtained?

Any idea on price?
