3-Point Hitch Jd mx7 3 pt hitch breaking.

Have about 5 hours on a new jd mx7 cutter and the new hitch system is broken. I noticed that the articulation support that allows the cutter to follow the contour was binding then the bolt broke and the stabilizing arms twisted. Has anyone else had a problem with this new hitch system on the JD cutters?

The bolt broke on my mx6 in the same place. Luckily nothing got twisted. I just replaced the bolt and had to adjust a little to get it out of a bind.
