JD L130 Replacing elect. clutch

Fuse keeps blowing when I engage my blades. Call shop and they said it sounded like the elect. clutch, looks like it has fallen down some also. Shop says they are running about 10 days behind. Can anyone tell me if this is something we can do on our own, or is this a problem for the shop? And also where you might can go to get a diagram on it. Thanks a bunch.

I changed mine last year, took me about an hour, fairly simple job.
