HyGuard and HyTran have completely different viscosity profiles. They are quite different oils and are not cross-compatible except to those who think "oil is oil, it all comes from a hole in the ground".
You might want to tell that to IH and Deere since if you look at there spec pages they list them as being compatable. NOTE: CNH MS-1209 & MS 1210 are HyTran
Applications
Hy-Gard hydraulic/transmission oil provides the best performance and wear protection for John Deere hydraulic and transmission systems.
Recommended for equipment with either common system reservoirs or separate transmission and hydraulic systems, including those with wet brakes and wet clutches.
