Don't think they can be repaired. Need to replace, unless you see a way to take it apart short of cutting it open on a lathe.

Not too bad, I just happened to see some wetness like maybe some sprayed out of where the ram goes in and out of the cylinder. I'll clean it up and see how much comes out again next time I mow the lawn.
