JD GT245--Is this a good deal?

I'm looking at a used 2004 GT245. It has 400 or so hours. The hood is cracked and the rear tires have a slow leak. It reportedly runs like a champ with no mechanical issues. Also has reportedly had regular maintenance through last year. Has a 54 inch mulching deck. I can get it for $850. Is this a reasonable price if the upper hood and rear tires are the only issue?

I have an 04 Gt235 if the info you have been given is reliable that's a good deal. It is suppose to have a 20hp Kawasaki mtr. Mine is the 18hp version and over 500 hrs and runs like the the I bought it(new). $5200 even OTD W/garden cart.
