Does anyone else have experience with these 42 inch JD "Snowthrowers"?
I bought a used one in October and am less than pleased with the performance. It ended up plowing more snow than throwing it. When it did throw, it was mainly throwing it on top of the machine. It mainly got clogged. I sprayed the chute area with silicon spray and that delayed the clogging, but throwing perfomance was still not improved.
The snow here in Northern Va today was wet and heavy. My guess is that thes machines are good with the light powdery stuff and useless with the wet heavy stuff. Any ideas?
