JD EQUIVALENT FOR YM240D

The YM 240D and YM 2000D are reported to be "clones".

Was there a JD equivalent for the YM240D ?

YM240's were sold here by US Yanmar dealers before the Deere contract and continuing for a few years as they started shipping over the tractors they built for Deere.

But the tractors for Deere were different. YM2000 etc were two cylinder engines and I don't think Yanmar ever built a two cylinder machine for Deere.

California is correct that the YM2000/240 does not have an equivelant John Deere model, but Yanmar did build a 2 cylinder model for Deere, it was the 650.

then look under John Deere and sort bu factory and you will see all of JD's tractors in order by wher they were built.
Also the same for the other brands listed ther.
