JD CX Gator

Iam having a problem with the power lift on my CX Gator. It will lift the cargo box but when it begins the down cycle it hesitates and jerks but will eventually go down. I will appreciate any help you can give on what may be the problem.

Check the crew part of the mechanism. It sounds like it has a bur at the top of it's "stoke"
