Hello everyone. Just installed the scv on my tractor that didn't have one on 2003 JD 990 170 hrs.
Trying to put loader on with no pressure to cylinders. If I move the rockshaft control up and down at the same time holding the scv valve in any direction then the loader will move a little. What's going on?
