Recommendations on what a reasonable cash price offer would be on this unit?

1979-80 John Deere 950, 2WD, turf tires, loader, rear blade, JD cultivator, 850 hours. original owner, Good condition mechanically, but kept outside (some rust, serious paint fade)...located in the Mid-Atlantic.

I bought a 1984 950, MFWD, loader, 2000 hours, two years ago, in N TX. Good condition, some paint fade but not bad. No rust to speak of. I paid $8600. I had to add ROPS and canopy. Seems 2wd go for $1500 or so less than MFWD. They show up on e-bay occasionally and best I remember seem to go for around $7k. 79/80 model should be a little less I guess. I seem to remember they were made from 78 thru 86.
