I recently bought a 790 w/ 7 backhoe and the backhoe owner's manual only gives info for attaching/removing to the 55 (755) and 70 (770) series of tractors. No mention of the 90 series 790.
I know mine doesn't look like the 755 so I should probably use the info for the 770-type trctors? Does that sound right?
I dont want to buy a new owner's manual for just a small amount of info.
Thanks...

The 770 is the predecessor of the 790. Other then the engine and tires, it's identical, so yes...use the 770 instructions.

What Roy said, plus if you do run into any snags let me know. I have your setup with all the manuals. Which loader do you have?

The loader is a 419. Whole rig has 100 ours on it and is a 2003.
I have bigger loader tractor so this is just for around the house.
But I do wonder how much the loader will lift. Maybe 500 lbs?
I do have all the manuals but the backoe makes no mention of a 790 only the770. Thank you.

Roy Jackson--thanks for your reply.
