I will try to take some pics. Basically when rounds are huge and heavy I break them in 2, 3, 4, 5 - whatever needed so I can heave the chunks onto the splitter to do the real work.

I use a maul and/or splitting wedge when *I* work like a Jackass!

I made several trips with 1 each front back - can you say freakin' heavy? Last trip huge round out back and TWO in the bucket to the point I had to keep curling bucket back as it would uncurl as I made my way back to my future 'processing' site (split site #6 at this time).
