Tractor
John Deere 670
I am new to this site i figured it would be a place to get some help. While snowblowing with my tractor i uncovered a blanket which was sucked into the snowblower. when i saw the blanket i immedietly pushed in the clutch so i wouldnt damage anything. after getting the blanket out of the snowblower i discovered when i engage my pto absolutely nothing happens. it seems i might have broken something inside the tractor. if anyone has suggestions on what i may have broke and what to start taking apart it would be greatly appreciated.

And you are sure it isn't just a shear pin that did its job?

I think it's the blower's shear pin too.
Suggest you unhook the blower and engage the PTO to see if it turns. Then hook another implement up to see it the PTO functions as it should.
While you have the blower off, take a look at it's shear pin.

Those 670's are tough little tractors...I doubt you did it any harm.
