JD 650 start issue/wiring diagram

A friend has a 650 with start issues, starter will not turn over, battery has good voltage. He doesn't have any manuals so I don't have a wiring schematic. Does anyone have a start circuit diagram they could send? Or if you guys have any sugg's. I know there's a seat switch but I'm not smart on any other types of swithes in the circuit. Thanks!

Try the PTO safety switch under the seat on the left side as you sit on the tractor or the neutral safety switch to the left of the gear shift (its under the cover). Take them to the JD dealer and have them tested. He might want to take the seat off and have that tested also. If all else fails try the starter. You can find the wiring diagram at www.jdparts.com. I had the same problem with mine tore it all apart, cleaned all of the wires and connections, had the sensors, Battery, & started tested - all was fine put it back together and it started right up.
