JD 5203 3PH lift handle very stiff

All of a sudden, the lift handle on my JD 5203 is very stiff, almost frozen and will not go all the way up. I have kept it lubed regularly but someone told me that the grease fittings there aren't for the handle operation itself. I can raise the 3PH with the draft handle but not the main handle. Any suggestions. It had always be very easy to operate. Tractor has about 210 hours
