In the spring I used a spring tooth chizel plow, when I disconnected I raised my lift arms. Well now they will not go down, The rate knob is set right and my rocker shaft lever is set right. Any one have any thoughts.

Thanks

Do you have any weight on them? Might not go down without some weight on the arms. It's gravity that lowers most 3 pt hitches.

Thanks for the reply. I have stood on them and moved the levers and rate knob. I have read about people taking a hammer in the valve area, I may try that but I am afraid I am going to have to pull the cap off the housing.
