Ahhhh.... that makes perfect sense. I've been looking at balers lately and definitely want net wrap. I thought you might be candidate for a possible sale but not if yours is twine. :laughing:

I know this is not exactly the thread topic, but given the concern about how big of a bale a 5075 would turn, I think it may be helpful. I bought a new 5075e this summer with 4wd and cab, chloride in all tires. I have a Vermeer 605J baler that I had been pulling with a JD 4020 (95hp). I makes a 6 ft round bale. The bailer manual recommends 80 HP minimun. I really wasnt sure if my 5075 could replace my "big" 4020. Now three cutting done, let me say with no hesitation that 5075 has more than enough horsepower to pull that baler including up and down rolling hills. Hope this post helps others gage 5075e capability. It also pulls a 14ft haybine fine. I am very pleased with JD "economy" tractor.
