JD 4600 with 460 loader - loader control lever won't curl or dump

I have a JD 4600 with the 460 loader that had been sitting outside for several years without use. The loader will lift and lower but when I try to move the loader control lever side to side for the dump and curl it feels like it is locked. It hits solid resistance both ways. The control function lock lever below it is in the unlocked position. I will have to get under it and look at the linkage, but does anyone have experience with this issue?

Almost everyone suggest this. Check your QD's. Plug and unplug them to confirm they are engaged completely.

It was just stuck linkage. I made sure the valve was able to wiggle then I just muscled the control stick into moving side to side. Liberal application of Kroil and a thousand back-and-forths later it is now moving as it should.
