Backhoe JD 46 backhoe, Bushhog backhoe are they the same?

When I look at both the hoes they appear to be the same. Are they both manufactured by the same company?

I believe that they are both manufactured by Amerequip. Check the specs for the 6600 and compare.

That is not to say that they are identical. As an example, the Bush Hog BH850 hoe, which I believe to be comparable to the John Deere 48, offers a float position in the boom valve. My John Deere 48 does not have this feature.

Thanks Jim. I thought so as well. I have been on the Ameriequip site and felt that they made both of them but was not sure.
