JD 455 Injection Pump Leaking on top

I have added a 3-5lbs PSI inline fuel line pump to assist fuel getting to injection pump. Cleaned pick up screen on intank fuel pump. The leak is on the high pressure side, it should not be affected by supply side pressure. I have new OEM O ring seals for top fittings on order. I just replaced stock fuel pump 3 years ago. What do you think?

There is a copper crush washer under the dv holder along w the oring.. they’re a 1 time use..
The torque on the holder is 30 ftlbs..(very important)
