JD 4310 Compact tractor safety switch problems.

I have a safety switch that is preventing the tractor from starting, I have junpered the seat safety switch already and am now looking for the neutral switch I think it is under the deck but cant figure out how to test it. Some one else said it was in the transmission case hole. I am waiting for tomorrow to check it again. Any help would be appreciated. SCS.

This might help you...this is from the 4x00 series, not the 4x10 series, but it should point you in the right direction

Also make sure the PTO is not engaged.
