By mistake I posted this mail to 'buying JD'. Hope I did not break a major protocol. Anyway, I live in Snohomish Country, WA. A local Dealer quoted $18100.00 for JD 4300 4WD syncreverse with 420 loader and Calcium filled R1 tires. I want R4 tire and no mid PTO. Supposedly this is the package! However when I use the numbers from jdlawns.com these adds up to 17109 (14460+2649), certrainly without the Calcium filling. This dealer also quoted me 795 for 513 rotary cutter, which is $799 at jdlawns. Any input on validty of the price? I also called McMinnville inOregon, who gave the following prices. $15700 for a manual 4300 with industrial tire 4WD and 2375 for a 420 loader and 1605 for a MX 5 cutter. Does these prices seem too high to you all? Also anyon in WA has any experience buying from OR, in terms of saving sales tax?
Thanks
gvet

I purchased the same tractor you are looking at about a year and a half ago. I too live in Snohomish county. I paid $16,904 "out the door" for my 4300 sync reverser, 430 loader and folding ROPS.

As far as I can tell, Deere's pricing has not changed since I made my purchase.

gvet,

Just to inform you that I posted a response to you on the other thread.

(I'm not sure how "pricing" a JD is separate from "buying" a JD, anyway /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif !! ...kind of hard to buy one without pricing it, huh? /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif)
