Is gear transmission oil change the same thing as hydraulic oil change?

I should have explained my confusion.
Doing 500 hour service. Hydro 4300.
Have changed hydraulic filter every 200 hours. Manual now calls for change "gear transmission oil and filter".
At 150 hours I did a hydraulic oil and filter change and cleaned the Suction screen. Is this also called changing GEAR TRANSMISSION OIL AND FILTER CHANGE.?
Are they one and the same thing?
Sorry to be so dense.

Yes same thing, it will take approximately 7 gallons. The preferred hydraulic oil is John Deere Low Viscosity HY-GARD (JDM J20D).
