I have a 1986 JD 420 that doesn't want to start. I have replaced the starter and ignition switch and all I get is a click when I turn the key. When I install an ignition switch from my 300 it fires up. What problems would I encounter if i purchased an ignition switch for a 300 and install it on my 420?
