JD 4020 fan belt change

I just bought a JD 4020 tractor and am attempting to complete some well needed maintenance, including changing all the fluids and filters. The fan belt is very poor so I bought a new one for changing.
Can anyone give me advice on how to change it? Pictures would be great. A video would be fantastic.
I understand that the plastic bushings on the bolts connected to the water pump should be changed at the same time. Any comment? How do you assess wear on those?

There are no plastic bushings on water pump but there are bushings on hyd pump coupler in parts photo that can wear out. Pump coupler must be removed to replace fan belt.
