Hi, every one,i have a 2008 3520 4wd with 233 hours , ehydro,300cx fel with a 60 in. hd tooth bucket and a 85 in. high capt. bucket,a rdth72 in. bushhog finish mower , a 48 in. pallet forks and 72 in. king kutter prb rear blade. I am in the process of cutting back a hill for a retaining wall behind our house.Using my 60 in. hd tooth bucket in clay ,digging in a-range at 2600 rpm works pertty good. After a while (26 hours,2 weekends)I started to try to speed things up a bit, i tried to use b-range the same rpm and load, this tactor has no load-match option installed, but there is a servere whining from from the transmission with no wheel spin! Sounds really bad, only and b-range trying to dig.Is that normal for a ehydro, i thought it would have bogged the engine out or tire spin.I checked hydro fluid looks good, clean not burnt or dis-colored or low.Anybody have any answers, this tractor already had motor mount to frame bolts come loose and shear off with 110 hours(warranty).

I believe all JD 3x20 series tractors come standard with LoadMatch. I think starting in 2008 JD removed the switch from the dash, but the on/off function is still available through the display panel using the buttons on the left of the dash. If you are not getting wheel spin I suspect your LM is on, you can still get wheel spin with LM, but typically you will not get wheel spin and severe engine bog.

When I first got my 3320 I ran around in A range all the time, after a few hours I went to B and now almost never go back. B range really lets you attack a pile of dirt and actually seems to give me a more safe control of the machine. I can tell a world of difference using LoadMatch or not on my machine. With LM on, the engine will never bog to any extreme using the loader, without it you can load the engine. Admittedly, with practice you can do just about as well with the foot pedals as LM can. So it really boils down to a user preference. I can run the loader into a pile of dirt with LM on in B range with no fear of a stall, it just won稚 happen. I like it.

I hear no strange noises in B range vs A or C, and e-Hydros can make some whine, but on my tractor I would not call it bad.

With a HST, when you try to do more work than your tractor can do, you
will spin the tires, bog the engine, or engage the relief valve. The latter
event is causing your squealing. Lower the range and you will be back
to spinning the tires, most likely.

The new HSTs from Kubota, NH, and JD all have a 2-speed HST motor, which
switches between high and low flow, depending on the load. The trade name
for JD's is Load Match.

I use B range on my 3320 90% of the time and don't notice any abnormal hydraulic noise. Your manual tells you how to turn the load match on and off but it isn't just a flip of a switch. I put on the cruse control kit and it included a switch for the load match.
