JD 345?

A friend of mine is looking at a used (18 hrs) 1 year old JD345? with a 54in deck. Does $5400 sound like a fare price for Wisconsin?

Doing a search on Machine Finder shows prices in the range of $5,500 - $5,995 for year or two old low hour machines. I'd say $5,400 is a decent price.
