JD 325 low rpms when pto ingaged

My 325 runs great until i engage my pto. Then it bogs down and wont go to full RPMS?
Anyone have a idea. It will go to full RPMS if I try and try. but it still will do it when the pto is diengaged.

The first thing I'd check is for old fuel or a dirty fuel filter. I've had similar issues when the engine would run fine with no load, but didn't want to run under load. Fortunately, it's an easy fix.
