Everything checks out. Fan works, compressor seems fine, sight glass shows a normal charge. But the air it blows is not much cooler than outside.
First thing I should probably check is if the heat exchanger and control valve are clean and not insulated with a ton of dirt, chaff, and dust.... Where are those things located? What's the best access to clean it off?
