JD 3038 Instrument Cluster Issues

I recently had to swap out the instrument cluster on my JD 3038E. After doing so the tractor now starts unlike before, but no i have several lights on and gauges not working as they should. The low oil pressure light, front PTO indicator (which i do not have), low voltage light, service alert light (with no code that I have found). PTO indicator, tach does not work, engine temp does not work, engine hours show 0.0, and PTO hours show 0.0. I have compared the schematics to the wiring on the tractor and can not find an issue there. I also removed the negative battery cable in an attempt to reset the ECU. Battery shows 12.4 volts. Does the ECU need reflashed to accept the new cluster, or is there possibly some other issue? I have the Technical Repair manual, but have not found a resolution. This is very frustrating. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a Gen-1 or Gen-2 3038e? Gen-2 would be S/N HJ120004 and above. Have you called the dealer and asked someone in the service dept. about the instrument cluster swap?

Which instrument panel did you install? I see Gen-1 lists two different panels, LVA14586 (S/N -610000) and LVA22015 (S/N 610001-). Gen-2 uses instrument panel LVA22032.

I had the same problem on my 2017 3038E. JD no longer has the original cluster. They sub with LVA22015 which needs to be programed for your specific tractor by a JD service tech. I had a mobile JD service tech come to my ranch. Now everything working.
I installed the new cluster myself. Hardest part was getting the steering wheel off.
