JD 300 anti freeze in oil, diesel 3179

Hi All
removed oil pan to remove broken dip stick. found anti freeze in oil. engine was supposed to be overhauled by PO. I have put at least 150 hours on it always ran well.Suggestions ?? should I try to just re torque the head ?? or go for a new head gasket (hoping that's the problem ) I have never done one of these before. No manual, any pointers tips . btw no white smoke. any other place water could get in ?

This engine uses cylinder liners. Were the liners replaced? It's possible the liner to block seals are leaking, or cracked head, blown head gasket.
It might be possible to pressurize the cooling system and see the leak with the oil pan off. But I have no experience doing this.
