JD 2630 brakes

I have just purchased a John Deere 2630. The brakes are causing me issues. The left pedal needs to be pumped the pressurize it, the right pedal does not move. I checked the oil level and the tractor has been sitting for 5 years

I suggest to lubricate brake pedal pivot pin & piston. After RH pedal/piston is freed I suggest to bleed both brake circuits. Engine needs to be at idle speed while brake bleeding is performed.

I agree, start by freeing the pedals.
After sitting unused for five years, I would change all fluids, filters, and clean the sump screen.
